  • What shipping do you offer?

    We send all orders via Royal Mail delivery - 1st and 2nd Class postage is available. This can be selected at checkout.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we do. We currently ship internationally except for Europe which we are looking into for the future.

  • How do I contact you about an order?

    Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Product Information

  • What are your products made of?

    All my paper products are made using recycled, high quality paper. You can recycled them after use too.

  • How will my order be sent?

    All orders are sent in cardboard packaging and if needed, they're protected with repurposed bubble wrap (this is why it might have tape on it or be a random mix of bubble wrap). I try to reuse as much packaging and padding as possible to reduce our impact on the environment and lower our costs.

  • Do you offer Wholesale?

    Yes I do! I have limited availability for wholesale throughout the year, between January – September, and do not accept wholesale orders between November – December. Please email me at gothicofficestore@gmail.com and we can go from there.
