The A4 and A5 Appointment Books are undated, making them fully flexible to fit the needs of your business. The 2 page layout has 7 columns which can be used for different members of staff or days of the week making it suitable for teams of any size. The times down the left hand side of the book run from 8AM to 9PM, in 30 minute intervals.
The A5 Appointment Book has a hardback cover making it great for travel, whilst the A4 Appointment Book has a thinner cardboard cover, ideal for staying at your reception desk.
Pages included:
1 Business Info Page - A space to write down your business name, number, email, website and social media handles as well as your opening hours, making it easier to relay that information to a customer.
2 Appointment Info Pages - A space to write down the names of the services you offer, time needed to do the appointment, price, members of staff that offer that service and extra information such as patch testing or consultations.
2 Page Appointment Booking Layout- This includes 7 columns for individual staff members or days of the week, as well as a space for a To Do list, Notes and Total Income.
Examples of how to use the Appointment Book with various staff members:
1 member of staff - Would use the top row for days of the week.
2 members of staff - Can use the 2 page layout to cover 3 days of the week and the spare column can be used for any notes, to-do lists, expenses, income etc.
3 members of staff - Can use the 2 pay layout to cover 2 days of the week and the spare column can be used for any notes, to-do lists, expenses, income etc.
4/5/6 members of staff - Can use the 2 pay layout for 1 or 2 days per week depending on what days staff are working.
7 members of staff - The 2 page layout would be for 1 day and each column would be for each member of staff.
A4: 21 cm by 29.7 cm. This size is equivalent to 8.3 x 11.7 inches.
A5: 14.8 cm x 21 cm. In inches, it's 5.83 x 8.27 inches.
I'm offering FREE personalisation with foil embossing as I'm currently practicing - This means that the embossing might not be perfect (the foil might be patchy, not perfectly aligned or slightly blurred. Please see the last two photos. Please let me know if you'd like this and I can send you photos of what it looks like.
